A partial refund is available when the product is unopened and unused, and no refund applies when the packaging is lost.
Please note that shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original packaging and proof of purchase are required for returns.
Warranty products should be handled with care.
In the event that the products arrive with visible defects, please take pictures and send them to us. We will make sure to follow up with you.
Domestic (within UAE) delivery takes approximately 1-3 business days.
Shipping to other GCC countries may take 5-10 days.
Contact us if your order does not arrive after 3 days, and we will investigate.
Currently, we ship to the UAE and the GCC countries, including Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Oman, and Kuwait.
